Manly Pacific will be handling accommodation for this event. We will send your requirements to the hotel once you have competed the RSVP and they will send you a booking confirmation.

Accommodation Terms and Conditions:
Rates are single occupancy only. To add an additional occupant (including breakfast) the cost is $25 per night.
Twin share rooms are subject to availability, and as there are a limited number, priority will be given in order of booking.
Your accommodation will be charged in full by the hotel one day prior to arrival. Therefore, if you arrive on the 5th November, payment will be taken on the 4th November.
Accommodation cancellation is accepted in writing up until the 7th October. After this date a cancellation fee will apply, this is equivalent to 100% of the total accommodation held. This will be charged to the credit card used as a guarantee at the time of booking.

Unfortunately, no refunds are available for dinners after payment has been made.

You can make changes to your accommodation booking up until 7th October. After that, full payment will be required and no changes can be made.
