When you are in the driver’s seat of your trade business, the latter of these two approaches is a must! Yet, it is the latter of these two approaches that is the road less travelled by most.

‘Pausing’, mapping out your business journey and navigating your way through day-to-day activities with a clear direction, is the only way you can maintain control of your destiny.

To map out your journey you need to understand where you are today (consider this A) and where you want to be in the future (consider this B). This is achieved through the ‘Success Formula’. The ‘Success Formula’ is your guide to developing your own Life Plan, Business Plan and Marketing Plan. You will learn how to construct and implement these plans in this section of the module

But, before we get planning, we need to make sure that you have the right business structure and thorough understanding your business life cycle. Let’s begin!
