V.A.K. Principle –3 Ways To Master Effective Communication With Your Team
Communication is a critical component to the success of your business when working with your team (the soul of the business).
Whether its a educating the new marketing tactic that needs to delivered to customers, training a tradesperson in their new role, or upskilling the team with the latest features on the job management system ; effective communication is the key to completing these with success. Without this the chance of success is slim.
Effective communication connects people through understanding, removes the blurred lines and hence provides clarity and confidence around the actions of your team members.
If this is so, why is it then that we speak in one language with our team (metaphorically speaking) and expect them to understand us, when in fact there are three languages we should be using all the time?
