Beyond this date the hotel cannot guarantee rooms will be available.

QT will be handling accommodation for this event. We will send you a link to book at our special discounted group rate once you have submitted your RSVP.

Your accommodation will be charged in full by the hotel between 9th and 13th June 2025, if you have not already paid in advance.

Cancellation is accepted in writing up until the 8th June, 2025. Cancellation fees after this date apply.
